Inclusion Criteria

- Age> 18 years-old
- Patient whom diagnosed first stroke
- onset of stoke more than 3 months
- patient who have aphasia

Exclusion Criteria

- unstable neurological condition
- patient who have aphasia before onset of stroke
- used of neuromodulator therapy such as tDCS, TMS and accupuncture within 3 months
- contraindication for use tDCs such as history of craniecromy, seizure, cochlear implant, intracardiac implant or pacemaker and other metallic material
