Inclusion Criteria

Patients between 16-60 years of age group

Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Grahani as mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts and modern literature.

Abdominal pain, flatulence, and bloating that have been present for at least 3 months.

Patient willing for trial.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients suffering from

Acute diarrhoea

Gastric ulcer

Peptic ulcer

Ulcerative colitis

Colitis associated with haemorrhage

Intestinal tuberculosis

Malignancy

Hepatic abscess

Diabetes mellitus

Hypertension

Pregnant and lactating women
