(1) According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for endometriosis / adenomyosis;
(2) 22-45 years old female;
(3) No treatment related to endometriosis and adenomyosis for at least 3 months;
(4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed informed consent.
(1)They were complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome, malignant tumor, reproductive organ malformation or physiological defects;
(2)Those who have used other drugs within 3 months;
(3)There have been needle fainting, serious fear of needle and other people who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment;
(4)Those who cannot be treated with GnRH-a;
(5)Pregnant or lactating patients;
(6)Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system, infectious diseases and mental diseases.
