1. Patients giving consent for the study
2. Patient diagnosed with lower UTI on the basis of urine culture.
3. Symptoms are mention in OA Julian and William Boericke
4. Irritating urine (burning)
5. Strong smell
6. Frequent proteinuria
7. Cystitis
8. Tenesmus of bladder
9. When we find out 3 symptoms in these 5 symptoms then we prescribe Bacillus sycoccus in patients of UTI.
1. Patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, Nephrotic Syndrome
2. Known cases of any other severe systemic disorders and malignancies.
3. Gross developmental defects or structural abnormality of kidney
4. Persons who have a catheter, urinary stent, or nephrostomy tube; recipients of a kidney or other organ transplant; patients on kidney dialysis
5. Pregnant women and lactating mothers will not be included in the study.
6. All complicated cases of UTI.
