- •Both male and female fast bowlers between 18-30 years of age who had been playing cricket for at least 6 months prior to the study.
排除标准
- •1. Had any current injury to the kinetic chain that impaired their ability to bowl.
- •2. Subjects having current episodes of back pain, discomfort in contracting abdominal muscles.
- •3. On any medications that interfere with playerâ??s fitness.
- •4. History of any injuries or surgeries in past 6 months that restricted them to bowl.
