入选标准
- •Age 18-65 years
- •Within 24 hours of ICU admission
- •Acute Circulatory Failure â?? As defined by requirement of Vasoactive agents (in spite of adequate fluid resuscitation) for more than two consecutive hours to target MAP >65 mmHg or to a MAP considered to be optimal by treating physician
排除标准
- •AKI on admission As defined by KDIGO guidelines if preadmission creatinine is available
- •As per MDRD study calculation if preadmission creatinine is not available
- •Non-index ICU admission
- •Poor abdominal echogenicity
- •Chronic kidney disease as defined eGFR less than 60 ml /min / 1.73m2
- •On Renal Replacement Therapy, Renal Transplant recipients, Single kidney patients,Renal donors,Known Renal Artery stenosis, Pregnancy, Kidney tumor, Known anatomical kidney abnormality
- •Suspected Intra-abdominal hypertension, Obstructive uropathy, Urotrauma, Status post â?? Urological or Aortic surgery or Intervention
