- •Patients > 18 years of age
- •- Outpatient or inpatient therapy in the ENT University Hospital
- •- Patients undergoing tissue examination (gold standard) of neck lymph nodes (neck dissection, lymph node PE, lymph node extirpation).
- •- No previous therapy of the neck lymph nodes
- •- Consent was given

- •Patients with fine needle aspiration
