Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II.
- •Either sex.
- •Patient posted for elective urologic endoscopic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with contraindications of any type to Spinal anaesthesia
- •Obesity (BMI \>30kg/m2\)
- •Patient on clonidine as antihypertensive
- •Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
- •Allergy or intolerance to local anaesthetics
- •Patients on beta blocker or known cardiac dysrhythmia
