Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Neonates delivered with gestational age \>35 weeks by normal vaginal delivery/LSCS and develop laboured breathing in the delivery room or require free flow oxygen to maintain SPO2 in target range.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\-Neonates with gestation \< 35 weeks
- •2\-Neonates with antenatally or immediate postnatally detected life threatening congenital anomalies
- •3\-Neonates needing prolonged PPV or intubation as per NRP algorithm
