- •Age 65 years and above
- •With a history of fall within 1 year
- •Independent ambulation
- •Both male and female
- •Participants willing to Co\-operate
Exclusion Criteria
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Participants with any severe cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological conditions.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Visual or hearing impaired.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Acute Orthopaedic conditions.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Spinal Deformities or Surgeries
