- •Patients undergoing surgical procedures with application of pneumatic tourniquet
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Presence of deep vein thrombosis
- •2 presence of Peripheral Vascular disease
- •3 Presence of poor Cardiac reserve
- •4 Presence of Sickle cell disease
- •5 Patients refusal
