Inclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA I AND II undergoing elective surgery of forearm, hand and wrist
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Pregnancy
3. Neurologic or neuromuscular disease
4. Bleeding Disorders
5. Skin infection at the site of needle insertion.
6. Cognitive impairment or active psychiatric condition
7. Allergy to local anaesthetics
