Inclusion Criteria

Collegiate athletes of either gender between the age group of 18-30 years and they should be able to understand and speak English.

Collegiate athletes; who play any sport or jog or run, for a minimum of 3 days per week, for at least 30 minutes per day, from the last 3 months.

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects with any musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, metabolic or neurological conditions, influencing test performance.

Subjects taking any medications which can affect the musculoskeletal or cardiorespiratory systems.
