Inclusion Criteria
1 Grade I to III haemorrhoids with complaints of bleeding per rectum
2 anal pain discharge
3 itching
4 mass in the anal canal
5 Patients willing to undergo proctoscopy examination
Patients willing to signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1 pregnancy and lactation
2 patients with protruding or irreducible haemorrhoids grade IV
3 patient with current history of type I and type II diabetes mellitus
4 patients with features of severe hepatic renal or cardiovascular disorders
5 patients with any time type of infectious disease
6 patients presently diagnosed with cancer fistula in ano external heamorrhoids
