Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Grade I to III haemorrhoids with complaints of bleeding per rectum
- •2 anal pain discharge
- •4 mass in the anal canal
- •5 Patients willing to undergo proctoscopy examination
- •Patients willing to signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 pregnancy and lactation
- •2 patients with protruding or irreducible haemorrhoids grade IV
- •3 patient with current history of type I and type II diabetes mellitus
- •4 patients with features of severe hepatic renal or cardiovascular disorders
- •5 patients with any time type of infectious disease
- •6 patients presently diagnosed with cancer fistula in ano external heamorrhoids
