- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
To assess feasibility, study burden, within-person and between-person

variability of automated reactive hyperaemia pulse amplitude tonometry (RH-PAT)

measurements in paediatric renal transplant recipients aged 6-16 yrs

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
1. To compare adipokine profiles and related inflammatory markers in paediatric

renal transplant recipients to those of historical, healthy controls

participating in the AIMOB study.

2. To assess correlations of RH-PAT measurements with adipokine profiles and

related inflammatory markers.

3. To assess correlations of RH-PAT measurements with clinical characteristics

(age, sex, history of smoking), biometric measurements (height, weight, waist

circumference, BMI, blood pressure), medication and parameters of metabolic

syndrome (fasting glucose level, dyslipidemia).
