Patients with symptoms of Irritable larynx syndrome:
1. Chronic neurogenic cough
2. Chronic throat clearing
3. Globus sensation (lump in the throat)
4. Episodic laryngospasm
5. Dysphonia
6. Throat pain (muscle tension)
7. Odynophagia
1.Anatomical abnormality and disorders of larynx (laryngeal or
oropharyngeal malignancy, infections like tuberculosis, fungal)
2.Functional disorders of the larynx (vocal cord palsy).
3.Chronic alcoholics or smokers.
4.Stylalgia
5.Pregnant ladies
6.Patients with known psychiatric disorders
7.Patients with known bleeding disorders
8.Patients on any concurrent neuromodulator therapy
9.Post operative patients of voice disorders (post micro laryngeal surgery
patients)
10.Patients not providing informed consent.
11.Patient allergic to lignocaine
