入选标准
- •Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present.
- •Periodontal pocket depth > 5 mm after SRP.
- •Intra Bony Defect >3mm on intra oral periapical radiographs
排除标准
- •Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate, statin therapy) that may interfere with woundhealing.
- •Grade II , Grade III tooth mobility.
- •Smokers and alcoholic subjects.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Subjects who underwent periodontal treatment within a period of 1 year
