ASA grade I and II
Patients undergoing Elective Lumbar Spine Surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal.
History of opioid allergy.
Hypersensitivity to any of the study drug used.
Hepatic, renal or coagulation disorder.
Contraindication to any of the drug used during study.
History of any Psychiatric Disorder
