Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; Both genres; non smokers; age between 18 and 30 years; In need of removal of the four semi\-inclusion or inclusion (not erupted in the mouth) in any inclination ratio with the distal face of the second molar, with the proximity of the branch of the jaw and in any depth.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers smokers; History of alcohol or drug abuse; pregnant women, lactating or in the use of contraceptives; which have referred to some systemic disease; which make use of some chronic use medication; which have used any medication with anti\-inflammatory effect during the last 30 days; which present chronic pain or neurological disorder; which have used in the last 15 days some bifosphonate medication, which have submitted pericoronaritis in the last month; which have a history of photosensitivity or reporting allergy to any of the drugs used in the survey.
