• Subjects with PMS according to the PSST questionnaire
• Having regular menstrual periods
• Being non athletic for duration of 3 months
• Moderate & severe depression, anxiety and stress score
• Already had participating in regular exercises program for the last 6 months.
• History of not using any oral contraceptives, pharmaceutical drugs, or herbal remedies.
• Not suffering from any orthopaedics problems like arthritis, spinal tumours and
congenital spinal abnormalities.
• Any associated neurological problems like significant cognitive defects etc.
• Any associated pathological disease and malignant disease.
• Any associated co-morbidity like cardiac and pulmonary disease

Name Time Method • Severity of symptoms by PSST (Premenstrual symptoms screening tool) <br/ ><br>• Blood pressure & heart rate <br/ ><br>• Respiratory parameters <br/ ><br>• Depression, anxiety & stress <br/ ><br>• Quality of lifeTimepoint: The participants will be assessed at baseline <br/ ><br>(Pre intervention data), & after 6 weeks <br/ ><br>(post-intervention) & after one month <br/ ><br>(follow-up) . There will be 18 session in each <br/ ><br>group (three session per week for 6 weeks). <br/ ><br>
