Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with chronic periodontitis.
- •2\. Age group 18 \- 50 years of both genders.
- •3\. Presence of atleast more then or equal to 20 natural teeth in both upper and lower arches
- •4\. Probing depth more then or equal to 4mm and less then or equal to 7mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects who smoke
- •2\. Pregnant and lactating females
- •3\. Subjects with history of uncontrolled systemic diseases affecting the periodontium
- •4\. Subjects allergic to medications.
- •5\. Subjects who have received surgical or non surgical periodontal therapy 6 months prior to study.
- •6\. Post menopausal women
- •7\. Subjects with inflammatory/genetic bone disorder
