入选标准
- •1. Patients with chronic periodontitis.
- •2. Age group 18 - 50 years of both genders.
- •3. Presence of atleast more then or equal to 20 natural teeth in both upper and lower arches
- •4. Probing depth more then or equal to 4mm and less then or equal to 7mm
排除标准
- •1. Subjects who smoke
- •2. Pregnant and lactating females
- •3. Subjects with history of uncontrolled systemic diseases affecting the periodontium
- •4. Subjects allergic to medications.
- •5. Subjects who have received surgical or non surgical periodontal therapy 6 months prior to study.
- •6. Post menopausal women
- •7. Subjects with inflammatory/genetic bone disorder
