入选标准
- •Mild Cognitive Impairment or a mild dementia
- •5 m walking ability with/without walker
- •normal blood pressure
- •physically able to perform an exercise program (medical history questionnaire)
排除标准
- •Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, pulmonary diseases, untreated higher-grade hypertension, normotensive blood pressure, renal insufficiency, etc.).
- •from dementia stage 2
- •Failure to complete the pre-examination
