Inclusion Criteria
at least one tooth / quadrant (1 and 2) with PPD =4mm but =8mm
- the last systematic treatment for periodontitis must be older than 12 Month
- the maximum percentage of smokers shouldn't exceed 30% (12 patients)
- the last intake of antibiotics should at least be older than 6 month for microbiological examination
- patients must be at least 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- pregnancy
- serious systemic diseases (z.b. HIV, Immundeficency,leukaemia)
