1. adult stroke hemiparetic patients aged 20 years or older whose first onset was more than 3 months ago
2. gait disturbances due to phenomena such as ankle muscle weakness and foot drop
3. able to walk on level ground (Functional Ambulation Classification=2)
4. Language and cognitive ability to understand and follow assessments (Mini-Mental Status Examination=24)
5. Consent to the study and willing to participate in the study voluntarily.
1. have lower extremity contractures or pain that may affect gait
2. have a history of musculoskeletal problems in the lower extremities (fractures, amputations, sprains, etc.)
