- Age more than 20 years old
- The subjects must be informed consent
- Diagnosed as primary open angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, pigment dispersion glaucoma, ocular hypertension, chronic angle closure glaucoma or juvenile open angle glaucoma
- subjects use IOP lowering agent(s) more than 6 month continuously
- subjects don't have any prior glaucoma surgery
- subjects who had undergone any surgery which affect tear film
- subjects have eye trauma
- subjects who have any of the disease following
- Autoimmune disorders
. Primary Sjogren syndrome
. Secondary Sjogren syndrome associated with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, progressive systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), polymyositis, dermatomyositis, primary biliary cirrhosis
. Graft versus host disease
. Immune reaction after radiation to head and neck
- Infiltrative processes
. Lymphoma
. Amyloidosis
. Hemochromatosis
. Sarcoidosis
. Infectious process
. HIV-diffuse infiltrative lymphadenopathy syndrome
. Trachoma
- Neuropathic dysfunction
. Multiple sclerosis
. Cranial neuropathies (Bell’s palsy, vasculitis)
. Parkinson disease
. Alzheimer disease
- Endocrine dysfunction
. Androgen deficiency
. subject use and drugs that affect tear film
- Antihypertensives : clonidine, propanolol
- Antidepressants : amitriptyline, nortriptyline, fluoxetine
- Benztropine
- Antihistamine : diphenhydramine hydrochloride, loratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine
- Marijuana
- Thiabendazole
- Diphenoxylate hydrochloride
- subjects who used artificial tear, cyclosporin eye drop, steroids, topical ocular NSAIDs or autologous serum within 3 months
- Subjects who on punctual plug
