Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Age more than 20 years old
- •\- The subjects must be informed consent
- •\- Diagnosed as primary open angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, pigment dispersion glaucoma, ocular hypertension, chronic angle closure glaucoma or juvenile open angle glaucoma
- •\- subjects use IOP lowering agent(s) more than 6 month continuously
- •\- subjects don't have any prior glaucoma surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- subjects who had undergone any surgery which affect tear film
- •\- subjects have eye trauma
- •\- subjects who have any of the disease following
- •\- Autoimmune disorders
- •. Primary Sjogren syndrome
- •. Secondary Sjogren syndrome associated with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, progressive systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), polymyositis, dermatomyositis, primary biliary cirrhosis
- •. Graft versus host disease
- •. Immune reaction after radiation to head and neck
- •\- Infiltrative processes
- •. Amyloidosis
