- Women with POLE mutated endometrial cancer
- Adequate venous access for blood collection
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability of tumour digest in biobank
- Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

- Previous or concurrent malignancy
- Current treatment with immunosuppressive therapy
