Abdominal pain at least 1 day per week for the past 3 months associated with two or more of the following:
-Improvement with defecation
-Onset associated with a change in frequency of stool
1.Indication or contraindication to antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy.
2.A clinically significant bleeding diathesis.
3. Positive pregnancy test, breast feeding
4. Risk of colon cancer include
- Weight loss > 10% in the previous 3 months.
- Positive of stool occult blood
- Anemia
-Hepatomegaly, gastric tumor, Lymphadenopathy, jaundice
- Family history of colon cancer
5) Inconvenience to go to Thammasat hospital
6) ALT is higher than 3 times of upper limit of normal
7) eGFR is lower than 60 mL/min
8) Allergic to herbal drug

Name Time Method Pain, Bloating and stool frequency of IBS IBS symtom will be recorded by the participant daily until Day 1 to Day 21 Pain score, Bloating score and stool frequency score
