Inclusion Criteria

Abdominal pain at least 1 day per week for the past 3 months associated with two or more of the following:
-Improvement with defecation
-Onset associated with a change in frequency of stool

Exclusion Criteria

1.Indication or contraindication to antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy.
2.A clinically significant bleeding diathesis.
3. Positive pregnancy test, breast feeding
4. Risk of colon cancer include
- Weight loss > 10% in the previous 3 months.
- Positive of stool occult blood
- Anemia
-Hepatomegaly, gastric tumor, Lymphadenopathy, jaundice
- Family history of colon cancer
5) Inconvenience to go to Thammasat hospital
6) ALT is higher than 3 times of upper limit of normal
7) eGFR is lower than 60 mL/min
8) Allergic to herbal drug
