Male or female, 19 years of age or older
- Diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction regardless of the time of myocardial infarction and has been treated for beta-blockers for more than a year
- Signed Informed Consent Form
- less than 40% left ventricular blood pressure or has never had a cardiac ultrasonography in cardiac ultrasonography since an acute myocardial infarction.
- Medication Therapy of heart failure
-contraindications to beta blockers
i)prior history of symptomatic asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
ii)Patients with a history of 2-degree, 3-degree, or artificial pacemaker
iii)If the investigator decision to used not beta-blockers
-If the life anticipation 1year under, or Poor protocol compliance
-History of atrial fibrillation
-pregnant and breast-feeding
