- All
入选标准
- •Male or female, 19 years of age or older
- •- Diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction regardless of the time of myocardial infarction and has been treated for beta-blockers for more than a year
- •- Signed Informed Consent Form
排除标准
- •- less than 40% left ventricular blood pressure or has never had a cardiac ultrasonography in cardiac ultrasonography since an acute myocardial infarction.
- •- Medication Therapy of heart failure
- •-contraindications to beta blockers
- •i)prior history of symptomatic asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •ii)Patients with a history of 2-degree, 3-degree, or artificial pacemaker
- •iii)If the investigator decision to used not beta-blockers
- •-If the life anticipation 1year under, or Poor protocol compliance
- •-History of atrial fibrillation
- •-pregnant and breast-feeding
