入选标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Mature permanent molar
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Strong and prolonged reaction to cold, which can last for minutes.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Spontaneous dull pain that can be more or less suppressed by pain medication clinical diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis with/without periapical rarefaction.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢No signs of pulpal necrosis including sinus tract or swelling
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Non restorable teeth.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Negative response to cold testing, the presence of sinus tract or swelling.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Bleeding could not be controlled after pulpotomy in 6 minutes .
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Insufficient bleeding after pulp exposure, the pulp is judged necrotic or partially necrotic
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Medically compromised patient
