healthy, non-smokers
Exclusion Criteria
acute and chronic diseases, acute peptic ulcer, acute nephritis, pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking antibiotics (acute, during the last three months), known allergy to Cruciferous vegetables and BMI> 25 or <18.5

Name Time Method anti-inflammatory potential of nasturtium, before and after intervention, by PGE2 measurement in the blood and peripheral immune cells, which are isolated from blood with and without stimulation in vitro.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Alteration of inflammatory markers in the respiratory air condensate, modification of the composition of the gut microbiota (totality of colonizing microorganisms), release of signaling molecules, and the determination of BITC / metabolites and other phytochemicals before and after the intervention.
