Inclusion Criteria

all patients older than two years old; weight more than 15 kg; having environment-family the same morphological characteristics; no wound and also see live lice and 10 nits on the scalp at least three in 10 times magnification.Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and lactation; personal or family history of sensitivity to light; systemic disease such as autoimmune diseases, cancer and AIDS; treatment with anti-lice medication for at least 4 weeks before starting treatment; reconnect with people during treatment and non-infected drug use by all family members during treatment of diabetic patients.
