Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed by western medicine;
2. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old;
3. Sign informed consent;
4. Patients who participated in three consultations and follow-up visits.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with ulcerative colitis with serious complications, such as local stenosis, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal polyps, toxic megacolon, rectal cancer and so on;
2. Patients complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (chronic heart failure, New York classification of heart function above grade III, severe arrhythmias, severe stroke sequelae), liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, among those with blood ALT, AST > normal upper limit, blood Cr > normal upper limit;
3. Patients with mental disorder and mental retardation;
4. Those who are pregnant, lactating, or have a birth plan in the near future;
5. Patients who had participated in clinical studies of other drugs in the past 3 months;
6. Who are in serious need of emergency treatment.
