Inclusion Criteria
All patients admitted with diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis admitted under departments of Nephrology and Urology.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients, patients less than 18 years of age, patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5 or dialysis.
