Inclusion Criteria

patients undergoing PCNL surgery for kidney stones disease; the patient's consent to participate in the study based on the principles of medical ethics.
Exclusion criteria:Breaking of ureteral stones in the ipsilateral or bilateral; patients under 18 years of age and over 70 years; the perforation examination of postoperative (nephrostomy surgery); dysfunction of major liver and kidney and cardiovascular; block specific atrial ventricular;obesity and previous treatment with opioid drugs and calcium channel blockers

Pain in patients undergoing renal stones PCNL. Timepoint: After the surgery, the recovery period of four hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: VAS Scale.
