•All patients registered at TMC, who are either being planned for or presently on active oncological treatment under any of the Clinical Disease Management Groups (DMGs) at Tata Memorial centre (TMH + ACTREC)
•1.COVID-non suspect group: From the target population, patients who have not been clinically suspected to have COVID-19 infection due to lack of symptoms, normal temperature record and no history of contact with COVID-19 positive case.
•2.COVID-suspect group: From the target population, patients who have been suspected to have COVID-19 infection and have been subsequently referred to the designated fever OPD for evaluation and swab testing for COVID-19

•1.Patients not willing for participation and giving consent
•2.Patients unable to read/write in English, Hindi, Marathi or Bengali
•3.Patients who are on routine follow-up without any active anti-cancer treatment
