Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pulpal necrosis tooth with Symptomatic apical periodontits or Asymptomatic apical periodontitis in Single / multirooted tooth ( in case of multirooted tooth the largest canal for posterior teeth)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Wide/open apex
- •Re – treatment endodontic cases
- •Acute apical abscess
- •Periodontal disease (presence of pocket \>4 mm)
- •Pregnant patient
- •Medically compromised patients
- •Calcified canal
- •Internal resorption cases
- •Patient who is on antibiotic medications for the last 3 months
