Inclusion Criteria
Pulpal necrosis tooth with Symptomatic apical periodontits or Asymptomatic apical periodontitis in Single / multirooted tooth ( in case of multirooted tooth the largest canal for posterior teeth)
Exclusion Criteria
Wide/open apex
Re – treatment endodontic cases
Acute apical abscess
Periodontal disease (presence of pocket >4 mm)
Pregnant patient
Medically compromised patients
Calcified canal
Internal resorption cases
Patient who is on antibiotic medications for the last 3 months
