Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Pulpal necrosis tooth with Symptomatic apical periodontits or Asymptomatic apical periodontitis in Single / multirooted tooth ( in case of multirooted tooth the largest canal for posterior teeth)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Wide/open apex
  • •Re – treatment endodontic cases
  • •Acute apical abscess
  • •Periodontal disease (presence of pocket \>4 mm)
  • •Pregnant patient
  • •Medically compromised patients
  • •Calcified canal
  • •Internal resorption cases
  • •Patient who is on antibiotic medications for the last 3 months
