Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Be over 18 years old; be able to understand instructions and answer questions in Brazilian Portuguese; agree to participate in the research by signing the Informed Consent Form; being between 18 up to 26 weeks of gestation; having a diagnosis of any pathology that classifies pregnancy as a high\-risk pregnancy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Use of antidepressant or anxiolytic medication in the current pregnancy; being under psychiatric/psychological treatment.
