1) Adult patients aged 18 to 79.
2) Patients with arrhythmia or suspected arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital for permanent pacemaker implantation or cardiac electrophysiologic examination
- Patients with younger than 18 years and older than 79 years
- Pregnancy
- Patients with arterial disease in the arm or hand
- Patients receiving hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in the upper extremeties
- Suspected or confirmed atherosclerosis in the upper extremities
- Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery using radial artery
- Patient with a Buerger's disease
- Patient undergoing upper extremity amputation
- Patients with inability to communicate and comply with all study requirements
- Patients who refused to participate in the trial
