入选标准
- •Participants will include both male and female Adults aged 20 to 50 years with a diagnosis of lumbar Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc confirmed by lumbosacral Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
- •Eligible participants must be able to understand and communicate their symptoms and disability experiences effectively
- •Willing to participate in the study by providing written informed consent
排除标准
- •History of lumbar spine surgery.
- •Spinal fracture, tumour, infection, inflammatory spinal disorder or congenital spinal deformity.
- •Severe neurological deficit requiring immediate surgery.
- •Cognitive, psychiatric or communication disorder affecting participation.
- •Major musculoskeletal, neurological, or systemic disorder affecting pain or functional status.
