- •1. A definite history of snake bite.
- •2. Clinical picture consistent with that of a hematotoxic snake bite.
- •3. Age 18-65 years.
- •4. Stage 2 acute kidney injury according to KDIGO classification.
- •5. Informed consent provided by the patient or relatives.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with Stage 3 acute kidney injury at presentation.
- •2. Patients with evidence of pre-existing renal disease.
- •3. Need for emergency hemodialysis even before randomization.
- •4. Patient received hemodialysis in outside hospital.
