Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Confirmed T2DM patients.
- •2\.Age \=20 years (both male and female) providing written informed consent.
- •3\.Who understands and can read at least one language(Hindi or English).
- •4\.T2DM Patients undergoing treatments with hypogycemic drugs more than 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Type1 Diabetes Mellitus and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus.
- •2\.Acute cases with compromised renal,hepatic,pulmonary and cardiac function(requiring IPD admission more than 2 weeks).
