- •newly diagnoed or followup patients with type2diabetes HbA1c >7.5 or fasting blood glucose >150 or post prandial blood sugar >200
- •patient having a pre enrollment caloric intake not exceeding 20percentage of his recommended intake
排除标准
- •patient with gastointestinal disorders
- •patient on injectable antidiabetic agents
- •patients with known structural or rhythm disorder of heart
- •patient with complications of diabetes like retinapahy & nephropathy
- •HbA1c > 10
