入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed as chronic plantar fasciitis
- •2. Both male and female gender.
- •3. Above 25 – 40 years of age
- •4. Palpable discomfort in the medial plantar calcaneal area.
- •5. After a period of inactivity, the discomfort in the plantar medial heel is most obvious when the patient begins to walk again.
- •6. An increase in weight-bearing activities has led to an increase in heel discomfort.
- •7. Pain while palpating the plantar fascia insertion
- •8. Those willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Any deformity or rigidity of ankle
- •2. Patients with calcaneal spur or fractures
- •3. Patients with any recent surgeries of lower extremities
- •4. Patients taking any medications or steroids
- •5. Patients with vascular diseases of extremities
