Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient with short thyromental distance ( <6.5 cm)
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Patients at risk of aspiration
- •- Patients undergoing surgery in the prone or lateral positions
- •- Patients with upper airway tumor or anatomical airway anomaly
- •- Mouth opening < 2 cm
- •- Limited neck extension
- •- Body mass index > 30 kg/m2
- •- Body weight < 50 kg
- •- Requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation
