入选标准
- •1. Patient with at least 2 premolars (Maxillary or Mandibular
- •premolar) with closed apex scheduled for orthodontic
- •2. Patient aged between 15 to 25 years
- •3. Patient with no systemic diseases
- •4. Teeth with no pulpal or periradicular disease
排除标准
- •1. Patient who are medically compromised
- •2. Patients on antibiotic therapy
- •3. Pregnant and lactating women
- •4. Teeth with incomplete apex formation
- •5. Teeth with calcified canals
- •6. Teeth with Sinus opening or periapical abscess1.
