Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient with at least 2 premolars (Maxillary or Mandibular
premolar) with closed apex scheduled for orthodontic
extraction
2. Patient aged between 15 to 25 years
3. Patient with no systemic diseases
4. Teeth with no pulpal or periradicular disease
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient who are medically compromised
2. Patients on antibiotic therapy
3. Pregnant and lactating women
4. Teeth with incomplete apex formation
5. Teeth with calcified canals
6. Teeth with Sinus opening or periapical abscess1.
