Inclusion Criteria
1) Older adults aged 60 and over
2 ) who has mild to moderate dementia.
3) ADL Score 12 or above
4) No Depression
Exclusion Criteria
1) An older adult who has severe health conditions
2) An older adult who can't join the whole program
3) An older adult who has not study

Name Time Method Memory time 1 at the frist week , time 2 at the end of week 8, time 3 at the end of week 12 and time 4 at the end at week 20 Cognitive assessment by using MMSE Thai measurment tool ,Quality of Life time 1 at the first week , time 2 at the end of week 8 , time 3 at the end of week 12 and time 4 at the end of week 20 Quality of Life asess by using The Quality of Life Alzheimer's Disease scale (QoL-AD) ,Brain wave Time 1 at the firt week and time 2 at the end of week 14 Brain Waves Study by Using Electroencephalogram (EEG)
