(1) 60-75 years old.
(2) conforming to the syndrome standard of spleen deficiency syndrome.
(3) according with the diagnostic criteria of dyskinesia syndrome.
(4) voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.
(1) patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
(2) the dietary protein intake was lower than that of 1.2g/kg/d.
(3) Serum vitamin D level < 20ng/ml.
(4) BMI < 18.5 or BMI > 24.9.
(5) patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoiesis, digestive system, etc.
(6) patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness.
(7) other situations in which the researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
