Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) 60\-75 years old.
- •(2\) conforming to the syndrome standard of spleen deficiency syndrome.
- •(3\) according with the diagnostic criteria of dyskinesia syndrome.
- •(4\) voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
- •(2\) the dietary protein intake was lower than that of 1\.2g/kg/d.
- •(3\) Serum vitamin D level \< 20ng/ml.
- •(4\) BMI \< 18\.5 or BMI \> 24\.9\.
- •(5\) patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoiesis, digestive system, etc.
- •(6\) patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness.
- •(7\) other situations in which the researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
